Naomi Watts was born in the United Kingdom, but she grew up studying in Australia. Her career then turned into one of the biggest stars in Hollywood because of her stellar acting skills in a variety of films. Her career did take several years before it really took off, however once it did she was a force to be reckoned with after she moved from a successful film to the next that earned her fame as well as accolades. Watts started her professional career as a fashion modeling, however it did not take off. Then, she made the decision to attempt Australian soaps, and then audition for film roles. Naomi Watts is also one of the very few actors who are in Hollywood who are a great proponent of Meisner's Method of acting despite the fact that most of the top actors in Hollywood are exponents of Method Acting. Her ability to impose herself on roles and situations over a career that has had a number of different roles is why she is regarded as one of the most versatile actors that Hollywood has ever had. Naomi Watts had nursed ambitions to be an actor since an infant when she witnessed her mom perform in a show and has achieved what she set out to do. Mikaela Pauline Shiffrin (born March 13, 1995) is an American World Cup alpine skier who holds the record for most World Cup wins of any alpine skier ever (men or women) and is considered among the best alpine skiers in history. She won gold at two Olympics.
