LeBron Raymone James Sr. is an American basketball professional who plays with the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. James has won four NBA championships four NBA MVP Awards, and four NBA Finals MVP awards three All-Star MVP awards and two Olympic gold medals. James has earned the second most career goals and seventh in assists. James has been named for the NBA All Star team 18 times. It is a NBA record that he has been an NBA All-Star for 18 years. James has played in ten NBA Finals the third most of all time, with eight games in succession between 2011 and the year 2018. James was chosen to be part of the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. He was the NBA's first player with 10,000 points, rebound and assist in 2022. James was a basketball player for St. Vincent-St. Mary High School close to his hometown of Akron Ohio. His future NBA career was hyped up by media. He was a top pick for the Cleveland Cavaliers selected him with the first pick of the NBA draft in 2003. In 2004, he was named NBA Rookie. He soon became one of league's top players and was awarded the NBA MVP title in both 2009 & 2010. James was a free agency following his failure to earn championships in Cleveland. He made the decision to leave Cleveland to join Miami Heat, announced on the show on television The Decision, is considered among the most controversial free agent moves in sports history.
